Opioid Abatement Award Allocation
In July, the City of Mobile engaged The Helios Alliance to conduct a data-driven analysis that will help the City Council to make the best funding decisions for the settlement dollars that have been received to date from the opioid litigation.
As part of the Opioid Abatement Award Allocation process, Helios will develop and run a robust request for proposal (RFP) process within four priority areas: treatment, prevention, survival programs, and communication.
The RFP process will be open to all interested parties, and all proposals will be evaluated using a System Dynamics based simulation platform tailored to Mobile.
